Stephanie Henley, co-owner/operator of Henley’s Rockin H LLC with her husband Dustin, has over 10 years experience showing and coaching all-around Paint and Quarter Horses, and their riders. Stephanie began showing horses in 4-H, and was given the opportunity to lease a world-class Quarter Horse to show for much of her youth career. This opportunity resulted in a World Championship title in Showmanship as well as numerous top 5 placings at the 2004 and 2005 PHBA-Y World Show. As a professional, Stephanie has focused her energy on helping her students succeed in the show arena and in other areas of their lives. She helps them make and meet their goals, both in the show arena and out. Her students have won many local and state-wide circuit and year-end awards, including a 2008 Reserve Congress Championship in Youth Western Pleasure, as well as numerous top five placings, at the PtHA Congress. Stephanie takes horses and riders of all ages and levels of skill and devotes herself to building a connection between horse and rider. Her students learn the fundamentalsof balance and control of a horse, as well as safety and basic care of the horse. Many of her students show, but just as many of them ride for fun or for the therapy! The horses she trains learn to respond to light aids, to travel soundly and naturally, and to trust their rider.
